Description The West 33rd Clinic is, obviously, located on West 33rd street, tucked in an alleyway between a Krispy Kreme and an old hardware store. Three of the sign’s lights are broken and no one ever seens anyone come and go. Officially it's a pet hospital, but again, no one ever comes or leaves. On the inside the clinic is actually a well-maintained, state-of-the-art hospital with 7 floors going beneath the building. It is the center hub for mafia-related injuries. Know the right people and civilians can gain access but they only ever seen the first floor. The deeper you go, the tighter the security and the more important the patients. The clinic maintains two other, smaller outposts in the district and 5 more across the city, all under the guise of run down shops or abandoned buildings.
